Shipping policy

We send the orders out within 1–2 working days of the payment date.

How fast will you get your items? It depends on the type of delivery you choose. Delivery to a post office branch that is close to you usually takes 4–10 working days (EU countries), or 7 working days – 4 weeks (non-EU countries).

Courier delivery usually takes 2–7 working days (EU countries), or 4–15 working days (non-EU countries).

We do not bear responsibility for customs services around the world, and unfortunately, we cannot calculate possiblecustoms duties in your country, as well as the time of possible delay due to customs control.

Housewares delivery:

Housewares delivery is calculated individually! Please contact us in order to calculate the delivery cost. We will do everything possible to your order arrive safely and on time!

Delivery around Latvia:

For Omniva parcel machine – free of charge on orders over 70 EUR. For orders less than 70 EUR shipping cost is 3 EUR. Please indicate the exact parcel machine location, send your telephone number and email address when making your order.

Express delivery by сourier. Contact us via email welcome@soyka.design, and we will do everything possible to your order arrive faster.

Delivery to Lithuania and Estonia:

For issuing at post office – 6 EUR. The delivery is made by “Latvijas pasts” and its partners in Lithuania/Estonia. Tracking number is included. Free delivery for orders over 200 EUR.

For Omniva parcel machine – 7 EUR. Please indicate the exact parcel machine location, send your telephone number and email address when making your order.

Delivery by сourier – 9 EUR.

Delivery to EU countries (except Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia):

International delivery
