Refund policy



• If you want to return any item, please inform us via email welcome@soyka.design within 7 days of the delivery date. Please send us the order number, the item special invoice code, the reason why you want to return the item, your telephone number and email. We will contact you to discuss all the details and send further instructions.

• The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Make sure the item you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, the Return Form is filled in and enclosed to the merchandise you return.

• We do not refund delivery charge and postage costs related to any item return.

• Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement. You will get your money back the same way you have paid.
